The downstairs doors are wide enough to enable disabled access but there are two steps with elevation (4-6 inches) at the front door. There are two master bedrooms on entry level with ensuite bathroom and one with its own balcony. There is a bath with shower. The rooms have great mountain views, living room, laundry area and kitchen as well as another patio area are located on this level.

Both the lower floor, the court yard and the upper floors have at least about 15 steps and would be difficult to access
