I have always stayed in a hotel up until now, so what is so different about a villa?

Disney hotels can be very expensive, for the price of one or two hotel rooms, you can have the use of our luxury 3600 sq. feet villas with your own private pool, games room and free calls. Our villas are superbly equipped to make your vacation unforgettable.

Do I need travel insurance?

As with all holidays / vacations, we strongly advise you to get full travel / medical insurance.

Are there any shops and restaurants close by?

Within a 5 minute drive in a southerly direction on Highway 27, there is a new road side Publix shop/ restaurant complex. And with in 10 Minutes drive you are in the heart of Disney are and the Westerly section of Highway 192 with mile after mile of restaurants, shopping malls, supermarkets, and entertainment facilities.

For a nice meal out we can strongly recommend 'Outback' which is located on HW192 near mile markers 4 to 5 at Splendid China / Fermosa Gardens Boulevard Junction.

Outback sits on the side of a good shopping mall which has the following facilities:

Why is our Villa slightly more expensive than the other villas I have seen on different communities?

As with most things in life, you can always find something cheaper if you look hard enough and more relevantly, if you accept a lower quality. Our villa is set in the brand new community of Legacy Park which is extremely central to Disney. It is a very Large villa, being one of the largest 5/ 6 bedroom villas on offer. The position of the villa is at the boundary of the development offering mouth watering views of wide plain and woodland from the pool deck. With our research prior to purchasing these villas we discovered that the price normally reflects the quality of the villa, and we have made sure that no expense has been spared in presenting you with a villa that stands out above the rest.

When do you advise pool heat?

As a rough guide, pool heat is recommended from September till the end of April.

Why should I choose your villa?

There are many villas in Orlando. But if you want a memorable vacation or a villa to impress your family and friends, you will find none better or affordable like ours.

Our villa is a home from home with every conceivable item required to make your stay enjoyable and stress free. We have spared no expense on choosing the finest furniture, fittings and equipment, and the pool is custom designed with one of the largest Decking area those essential pool side frolicking.

All in all, we have prepared our homes to give an impression and feel you will not forget.

The Games room is fully equipped and caters for 14 guests at a time. It has all the essentials that the young at heart need for entertainment.

Because we are a family operated rental, your vacation experience starts from the moment you email us.

What are the check in times and check out times?

Check in is possible any time after 4pm and check out time is 11 am. Late check out and Early check ins may be possible, so do check with us.

Does the villa have its own phone?

The villa does have a phone. Both local and international phone calls are free.

Can we use our own Laptop?

Yes. We have wireless connection to high speed broadband connection. But we have a brand new PC for your use. Please do not switch off after use.

Are all towels and linen included?

All towels and linen are provided.

Do I have to pay for a BBQ, high chair or cot / Crib as at many other villas?

Unlike many other villas we provide all these free of charge.

Has the villa got any safety features ?

As the villa is brand new it has all the safety features required by state law ( and more). They include pool security fence and interior lighting in case of an emergency. A fire extinguisher is also supplied for your families safety. We also provide plastic cups, plates, etc. to be use in the pool area.

Does the home get cheaper the longer I stay?

For high season weeks, the demand for vacation villas is such that we can not offer discounted rates. However, mid and low season weeks can be offered at discounted rates for bookings of more than two weeks. The longer the booking, the better the discount!

Is there a shop on the resort?

The resort is not a gated resort and as such does not have a shop on site, but there are shops less than 5 minutes drive southward on Highway 27. Being more of a residential resort, we feel that the villa enjoys a more peaceful setting yet close to all the excitement and nightlife

Who looks after the villa?

We employ a professional property management company. They look after the villa and are also on hand to assist our guests. If there are any problems with the villa, they are on call 24 hours a day

Do you offer any late availability discounts / Early booking discounts?

At certain times we do offer reduced rates, please enquire about your preferred dates to see if we can offer a special rate. Some late availability will be displayed on our Offers page.
