This quiet and comfortable lounge provides seating and formal dining table seating eight.

FAMILY ROOM
This informal living area is open plan to the kitchen and breakfast bar. It is the perfect spot to relax with the family, enjoy the 65 inch flat screen, surround sound, Cable TV, DVD, or the days photos from your digital camera. you can also relax or dine with the full view of the pool, and the woodland beyond.

KITCHEN
The informal breakfast area seats six at the table and four at the bar. The patio doors lead on to the pool and there is also a good view of the family room. You can watch the news 36 inch Cable TV in the kitchen while preparing the breakfast. It is equipped with brand new cooker, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, phone.

POOL AND SPA
The pool area is screened . There are table and chairs so that you may enjoy a pool side BBQ or drink. At night the changing coloured lights and solar lighting make it the perfect spot to relax in the Jacuzzi with the ambiance set on Romance.
