Disabled Access:

The downstairs doors are wide enough to enable disabled access but there is a small elevation (4-6 inches) at the front door. There is a master bedroom on the ground floor with ensuite bathroom. There is a bath with shower.

There is a slight elevation at the patio doors, about 3 inches from the family room to the pool deck. The pool also has steps leading into it, for easy access.
